- 4 dl of oats
- 2 dl of chopped hazelnuts
- 1 dl of pumpkin seeds
- 2 scoops of Feméa Kakao or Neutral
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of water
- A pinch of salt
- Coconut flakes and chopped unsulfured dried apricots (added at the end)
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Heat the coconut oil with water and
honey. Pour the warm mixture into the bowl and stir. Spread the mixture
on a baking sheet and place it in the oven at 150 degrees for about 20
minutes. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't burn. Cut unsulfured
apricots into smaller pieces and add them to the granola along with
coconut flakes. Time to crunch!
