Potato and Apple Purée

  • 50 gram of potatoes
  • 70 gram of apples
  • 1 teaspoons of rapeseed oil
  • 1-2 scoops of MINI+
Slice the potato and apple, let them boil for 5-6 minutes. Add the oil and blend into a smooth purée. Let it cool and then stir in 1-2 scoops of MINI+ just before serving. So simple!
