- 3 dates
- 45 gram of peanut butter
- 0,6 dl of oats
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon of any type of milk
- 2,5 scoops of MINI+
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend into a smooth batter.
Shape the batter into six small cookies and then place them in the freezer
for a while so they firm up a bit. Iron snack time!
