Lentil Sticks

  • 1 dl of red lentils
  • 1 small coarsely grated carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of apple sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk
  • 4 scoops of MINI+
  • Possibly some salt (not for babies)
Cook the lentils according to the instructions and then drain all the water. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into an oiled loaf pan (10x25 cm) and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Then cut into grab-and-go sticks.
