Sweet Potato and Pear Purée
- 50 gram of sweet potatoes
- 70 gram of pear
- 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
- 1-2 scoops of MINI+
Slice the sweet potato and pear, let them boil for 5-6 minutes. Add the
oil and blend into a smooth purée. Let it cool and then stir in 1-2
scoops of MINI+ just before serving.
