Sweet Potato and Pear Purée

  • 50 gram of sweet potatoes
  • 70 gram of pear
  • 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
  • 1-2 scoops of MINI+
Slice the sweet potato and pear, let them boil for 5-6 minutes. Add the oil and blend into a smooth purée. Let it cool and then stir in 1-2 scoops of MINI+ just before serving.
