Strawberry Mousse

  • 1 dl of strawberries
  • 2 dates
  • 2 dl of chilled coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 2 scoops of MINI+
Add 1 tablespoon of water to the frozen strawberries and heat until it boils. Let cool. If the coconut cream is well chilled, the liquid will have settled at the bottom. Take the white, top layer and blend it with all the ingredients. Remember that the dates should be pitted.
