Juicy Apple Rolls

  • 3 dl of almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk
  • 1 dl of feff, sorghum, oat or buckwheat flour.
  • 2 tsk baking powder
  • 4 scoops of MINI+
  • A pinch of salt (not for babies)
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 1 dl of any type of milk, cow or plant
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple
Mix the dry ingredients together and stir. Wash and coarsely grate the apple (not the core). Mix all the ingredients together. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with both top and bottom heat, and let the batter rest while the oven heats up, as this makes it easier to shape. Wet your hands with cold water and form eight balls that you place on baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Freeze what is not eaten for longer shelf-life of the rolls. :-)
