Iron Cookie

  • 45 gram of peanut butter
  • 0,6 dl of oats
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of any type of milk
  • 2,5 scoops of MINI+
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend into a smooth batter. Shape the batter into six small cookies and then place them in the freezer for a while so they firm up a bit. Iron snack time!
