  • 1 avocado
  • 2-3 fresh dates
  • 250 ml of ice-cold coconut milk
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao
  • 1 scoop of Feméa Kakao
Peel the avocado and pit the dates. Blend everything into a smoothie and treat yourself with delicious iron!
