- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 scoop of Feméa Neutral
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
- 1 msk sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon psyllium husk
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of hot water
- Coconut flakes and chopped unsulfured dried apricots (added at the end)
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the boiling water and stir.
Press the mixture out like crispbread onto a sheet of baking paper and
microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Let it cool; the crispbread is
best enjoyed with cream cheese.
