Instant Crispbread

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 scoop of Feméa Neutral
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
  • 1 msk sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium husk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of hot water
  • Coconut flakes and chopped unsulfured dried apricots (added at the end)

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the boiling water and stir. Press the mixture out like crispbread onto a sheet of baking paper and microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Let it cool; the crispbread is best enjoyed with cream cheese.
